Fee* This event is strictly by invitation only. There are a limited number of FREE PLACES* at the pre-conference workshop and the 2- day conference which are reserved for Biotech/Pharma Manufacturers. For any cancellations/no-shows there will be a $499 penalty. The nominal attendance fee for manufacturers once the free places are full is $450. VIBevents reserve the right to allocate places and to refuse applications or to charge a nominal attendance fee once the number of complimentary places has been exceeded.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Payment Terms All registrations must provide a credit card number as a guarantee at the time of booking in order to secure your place. Please indicate if you wish to make immediate payment by credit card, or if you prefer to receive an invoice to facilitate payment via bank transfer or cheque (drawn on a UK bank). Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within five days from the invoice date; however, full payment must be received prior to the event if this is sooner. We reserve the right to charge your card in full if payment is not received in accordance with these payment terms. Late registrations received within ten days from the start of the event must pay by credit card at the time of booking. Due to limited conference places, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions.	2. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received in writing and agreed by ViBevents. Please quote the reference code VCLA0608. Cancellation of a free place or failure to attend as a free delegate will be subject to a cancellation fee of $499. Cancellations of paid places made up to and including 6 May, 2008 are subject to a 50% administration fee. Thereafter the full event fee is payable and non-refundable. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and does not affect your obligation to pay. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately after a signed sales contract has been received by VIBevents. By signing this contract, the client agrees that, in case of dispute or cancellation of this contract, VIBevents will not be able to mitigate its losses for no less than 50% of the total contract value. Substitute delegates are welcome at any time at no extra charge, but must be confirmed in writing prior to the event.	3. Indemnity Should the event be restructured, postponed or cancelled for reasons or circumstances beyond our control, VIBevents reserves the right to reschedule the event and/or withdraw delegates attendance upon written notice to you. If your attendance is withdrawn by VIBevents or the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your fee. This legally binding contract is governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law and each party irrevocably agrees that the Courts of England will have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. You the client, your executive(s) or your agents may not transfer or assign any of the rights or obligations of this Agreement (in whole or part) without VIBevents’ prior consent. These terms and conditions, along with the Agreement, constitute the entire contract and understanding between you and VIBevents.
