About the Workshop: |
This half-day interactive workshop will cover the first principles of medication management when using IVR/IWR and progress to providing considerations for different (and more complex) study designs. Relevant industry case-studies will be presented during this interactive session. Group participation will be encouraged to enhance the learning experience, including a question and answer period.
Sessions will explore the following key issues:
- Best practices for handling scarce and/or expensive medications
- Impact of randomization method on medication overage
- Special considerations in dose titrations and open-label studies
- Expiry-date management
- Forecasting medication supply requirements

Todd Kole

Prior to that, Todd held several positions of increasing responsibility in the investigational drug management departments of Bristol-Myers Squibb and Amgen. He has over 13 years experience in the bio-pharma industry and holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy.
