Markus Klug is head of the workgroup "Process Optimisation" at ARC Seibersdorf research GmbH. Markus applies the latest mathematical and statistical approaches based on computer simulation for the continuous improvement of logistical processes. As an elected board member of the German simulation society and due to various further activities, he is well known in the scientific community.
